At first it was hard coming from a hip injury and had been off work for 6 weeks. I had gained a lot of weight over that period not being able to walk properly. But after the first three gruesome weeks of a transformation challenge I gained a lot of my strength back and with that and the diet and the lifestyle changed helped me become more active. I enjoyed the journey and hope to do it again as my fitness and strength changed drastically. Now I have better work ethics and a positive attitude as well as setting my team at work for a healthier lifestyle."

After my husband was diagnosed with cancer early this year life dramatically changed for us, from being a strong person it was dramatic the muscle and strength loss over the next 6 months. He decided it was time to get his life and rebuild his strength again, so after visiting various gyms, Snap Fitness Butler won us over due to the helpfulness of Andrew who took the time to show us the various machines and explain how to use them. Since starting out again my husband is slowly getting his fitness back, we still have a long way to go. We can not thank Andrew enough.
